The HotPot started off with a large fish, onions and Morning Glory to make the 'bouillon'. Then we cooked fish fillets, prawns and Thai Basil to serve over our rice. A few quartered tomatoes later and we were on to the chicken (in spite of the avian 'flu) and coriander, followed by beef, water mushrooms and tofu.
